Job Summary
1. Assist Human Resources management in scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees.
2. Assist in logistics, administration and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
3. Follow all company and safety & security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
4. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
5. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
6. Using clear and professional language and appropriate etiquette develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
7. Support team to reach common goals.
8. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
9. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Job Requirement
1. High school diploma/. equivalent.
2. Fluent in botn written and oral English.
3. Obtain good communication skills.
4. Willing to learn.
5. Take initiative to work
