崗位職責(zé)
1.Responsible for Truss calculation；
2.Optimize the truss design according to calculation result.
3.Design the truss verification and test method.
4.Ensure code to be met. Understand requirement of responsible components for escalator or applicable codes, verify/Validate design according to code.
5.Ensure functional requirement to be met
6.Trouble – shooting of component: root cause analysis, mistake proof and improve action
7.Ensure manufacturability of design
8.Ensure cost competitiveness of design
9.Ensure workable of field method
10.Ensure reliability requirement to be met
11.Ensure TMD according Global Design guideline
12.Self-development of himself/herself to grow as expert in responsible area
13.Follow related process engineering SPDP/DCR/ECN/Sample approval process.
14.Communicate with internal and external and global engineer output required data.
任職要求
1.有結(jié)構(gòu)分析與仿真、結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)、有限元與數(shù)值分析、工程材料學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)和使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2.有使用計(jì)算機(jī)仿真計(jì)算軟件進(jìn)行靜、動(dòng)力學(xué)計(jì)算經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3.能使計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行二維、三維設(shè)計(jì)；
4.熟悉機(jī)械領(lǐng)域相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、計(jì)算方法以及計(jì)算工具，
5.良好的中、英文表達(dá)能力和書(shū)寫(xiě)能力
6.積極樂(lè)觀，善于接受新技術(shù)、新想法，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)與創(chuàng)新精神并重；
7.了解零件加工，處理，裝配工藝并應(yīng)用于設(shè)計(jì)。
