崗位職責
1、Follow and implement recruiting plans, develop and improve recruiting channels;
跟進和執(zhí)行招聘計劃,開發(fā)和完善招聘渠道;
2、Source and identify candidates for hiring position through a variety of recruiting channels, screen candidates
根據(jù)招聘需求,通過多種渠道,評選合適的候選人;
3、Screen resumes, conduct first round interview
篩選簡歷,合理安排求職者面試,并進行初步的篩選;
4、Implement difference recruitment activities, to responsible for logistic work for job fair
實施各類招聘活動,負責招聘會前的后勤準備工作;
5、Establishing and improve the talent s library, maintenance personnel information
建立和完善人才庫,以及維護人才資料庫;
6、Follow and ensure recruitment process smoothly
跟進和確保招聘流程的順利開展;
7、Follow up and coordinate labor-capital relationship
跟進、協(xié)調(diào)勞資關系;
8、Organize dimission interview ,and make statistical analysis for dimission rate.
組織離職訪談,并做好離職分析統(tǒng)計;
9、Support to audit preparation
審核準備支持;
10、To responsible for staff induction procedure and on-boarding training
辦理入職手續(xù),包括入職培訓;
11、Follow up the annual training plan ,and external training plan
公司年度培訓計劃的跟進,以及相關外部培訓策劃;
12、To carry out other task related department
完成部門相關的其他任務;
任職要求
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management or equivalent qualifications.
大專以上學歷,人力資源管理專業(yè)或相關資格條件優(yōu)先
2、2 years or above similar working experience.
2年以上相關工作經(jīng)驗
3、Good communication skill
良好的溝通技巧能力
4、Good at both written and reading English
英語讀寫能力較好
5、Good at team work and strong will to develop
良好的團隊合作精神,并有強烈的發(fā)展愿望
